About Us

First and foremost, we at North American Rescue, Inc. are privileged to have the opportunity to build a company dedicated to serving those who put themselves in harm’s way to save others. Our Mission is to develop and manufacture products that have a direct correlation to decreasing preventable death on the battlefield and in austere environments. Our Vision is to combine the knowledge and resources of leading academic institutions, culturally like-minded companies and asymmetric warfare experts to generate innovative casualty care solutions. We distinguish ourselves from other emergency medical equipment suppliers by bringing a holistic mindset to the comprehensive casualty response requirements of both the Individual Warfighter/Operator as well as the Tactical Health Care Professional.

Below are six distinctions that help define who we are and what sets North American Rescue in the forefront of addressing the unique and critical requirements of Tactical Healthcare in both the Military and Tactical Law Enforcement operational arenas.

Operations

Excellent Employees
North American Rescue, Inc. offers excellent customer service from the time of order inception, through delivery and after sale support. We pride ourselves on our selection of “internal customers,” (our employees), who we select to service our “external customers.” We carefully hire motivated and caring individuals who want to be part of our service team. By fostering a sense of responsibility among our employees, and constantly challenging ourselves to improve, we serve our customers.

Efficient Operations
NARP maintains a complete commitment to customer service so we built our operations around the desire to provide you products when you need them. Many of our products are proprietary and we strive to maintain an ample inventory to cover most needs. Most orders are processed from stock, but with our well trained and flexible workforce, we also can build our Combat Casualty Response Kits™ to immediate order requirements, for unusually high volume demand.

Partners in Empowerment

NARP partners with South Carolina Vocational Rehabilitation Department in the assembly of our products, in our efforts to give back to the community. This program provides practical experience as a valuable tool in training people with disabilities to achieve success in a work environment and to become more independent. SCVRD is also affiliated with NISH, and we are proud to support similar activities. NISH is a national nonprofit agency whose mission is to create employment opportunities for people with severe disabilities by securing Federal contracts through the Javits-Wagner- O’Day (JWOD) Program for its network of community-based, nonprofit agencies.

Research and Development

Research and Development of North American Rescue begins with end user requirements that are validated by current and anticipated mission profiles, In order to meet this challenge, product concepts must undergo a developmental process that includes client expectations, limitations and employment strategies. Performance metrics are then assigned and product evaluation begins. The end state of this process yields products that meet or exceed user requirements and perform as advertised in the harshest of conditions. Our relationship with our clients does not stop there, as reliable feedback from the field is used to enhance existing products and fuel concept design of new ideas.

We are committed to providing our customers with the best possible equipment which starts with the best materials. North American Rescue uses only Mil-Spec Hardware that provides IR signal reduction, YKK zippers and 1000 Denier as a baseline for all our Tactical Nylon Equipment.

ÆGIS Microbe Shield® Technology

North American Rescue is now introducing ÆGIS Microbe Shield® technology, a unique anti-microbial treatment registered by the EPA, which will enhance our product line by protecting against microbial growth, controlling or eliminating objectionable odors, unsightly stains, and product deterioration. Proven safe and effective for use since 1976, the active ingredient in the ÆGIS Microbe Shield®, developed by Dow Corning, forms a colorless, odorless, positively charged polymer which chemically bonds to the treated surface, activating a powerful antimicrobial action that is effective for the life of the treated surface. Look for the ÆGIS® icon on products protected by this revolutionary antimicrobial technology.
