Product Return All returns must be made within 180 days of shipping to the customer and have NARP’s prior authorization. Please call or e-mail NARP for a return authorization order number. NARP will only accept returned products that are in resellable condition and are in the original manufacturer’s packaging. Due to the risk of contamination, NARP cannot accept returns of sterile items, liquid solutions, needles, and syringes. NARP will not accept returns of discontinued items, clearance items, or items specially ordered for the customer. Customers should not accept products that are damaged upon delivery. Such damaged product should be rejected. Damaged product that is accepted by the customer will be deemed unsellable and, therefore, not returnable. Returns within 30 days of invoice are subject to a 15% restocking charge. Returns from 31 to 180 days of invoice are subject to a 30% restocking charge. Customer will be responsible for all shipping costs for returned products.
