Prepare a personnel transport vehicle for safe and secure casualty evacuation in less than 10 minutes

The CASEVAC Conversion Kit (CCK™) by North American Rescue is designed to enable the MRAP FoV (Mine Resistant Ambush Protected Family of Vehicles) to be utilized for CASEVAC during critical operations. The CCK™ provides an effective means of preparing the personnel transport vehicle for safe and secure casualty evacuation in less than 10 minutes. Its quick reconfiguration capability from personnel transport to CASEVAC allows one casualty immobilized on a long spine board to be safely loaded and secured for evacuation.

The kit utilizes a dual spine board system in which the first spine board functions as a loading board suspended from the inside roof of the vehicle and stabilized with 10 adjustable nylon straps and 20 non-locking snap links to the vehicle's anchor points. The second spine board then serves as a casualty platform on which to secure the casualty prior to being loaded into the vehicle. As the casualty is loaded into the vehicle, this second spine board slides over and rests on top of the suspended loading board. The two spine boards are then secured together at the four corners using the 4 spring clip tie down straps.

Special Features:

1. Two (2) long spine boards; one serves as the loading platform inside of the vehicle, the other is the casualty board
2. Ten (10) adjustable nylon support straps used for suspending and securing the loading platform inside of the vehicle
3. Twenty (20) non-locking snap links used to attach the adjustable nylon straps to the vehicle anchor points and the loading platform
4. Four (4) spring clip tie down straps: used to secure the casualty board to the loading platform
