Ordering Options

We understand the importance and urgency in processing orders in a timely manner. All in-stock items usually ship within 2 business days after receipt of order. Our hours of operation are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST Monday - Friday. Orders can be placed using any of the following:

Pricing

As a result of market fluctuation our prices are subject to change without notice. All written quotes provided will be honored for 30 days from origination date, unless otherwise specified. All prices both published and verbal are in U.S. currency. Our policy is to provide as much advance notice as possible of upcoming price changes.

Minimum Order Values

A minimum order value of $100.00 is required for all customers with the exception of Resellers. Orders that fail to meet the minimum may be subject to a below minimum order fee. Resellers are required to meet a $5,000.00 minimum per order.

Freight

All freight charges are FOB origin and will be prepaid and added to the invoice. An additional charge of $75.00 will be added to drop shipped orders. We reserve the right to determine the best method of transportation for each order and will ship via traceable means. Orders shipping to an APO or FPO address will ship U.S. Mail if the product is within the postal requirements. Otherwise a physical stateside address will be required to complete the shipment.

Customer Warranties; Liability

Customer represents and warrants to NAR that it is appropriately licensed or registered and in compliance with any and all requirements of the Food and Drug Administration and State regulatory for the purchase of products ordered (e.g., products which bear legends similar to the following: Caution -- Federal (USA) law restricts this device to sale by or on the order of a practitioner licensed to use or order use of the device or Caution Federal (USA) law prohibits dispensing without a prescription.) Customer further represents and warrants that all individuals using products purchased by Customer from NAR are adequately trained in their use, and Customer will cause the use of such products to be according to any instructions contained in packaging of such product, and to be in accord with current standards of care applicable thereto. NAR relies on Customers representations and warranties in accepting Customers order. Customer shall indemnify and hold NAR, its agents, and its representatives harmless from any losses (including any charges for legal representation) for any breach of the representations and warranties set forth in this paragraph.

Credit Policy

U.S. Federal Agencies and Municipalities are prequalified for Net 30 payment terms. All other customers may fill out a new account application for credit review. NAR reserves the right to assign one of the following terms: Pre Paid, Net 30 or Credit Card. An account supported by a line of credit will receive a 2% late charge per month for past due invoices. Customers located outside of the United States will default to Pre Paid terms. Any account that becomes delinquent may default to Pre Paid terms or be placed on permanent hold status. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at any time.

Resale Inventory

Resellers are asked to maintain a sufficient inventory of NAR products at all times to ensure prompt service to the customer. Items purchased for resale are available for distribution within the U.S. only. Export of products may be cause for account closure.

Product Advertising

Products may be advertised with prior written permission directly from NAR. Any advertising without such written consent may be subject to an Account Hold or released from future procurements with NAR.

Claims

In the rare event you receive a damaged package; you may file a claim directly with the carrier. All claims must be reported immediately with NAR Customer Service. Please retain all original packaging and documentation for the carrier to review if necessary.

Returns

NAR carefully inspects all products prior to shipment, in the event you receive a product different from what was originally ordered or appears to have a defect please notify NAR Customer Service within 24 hours of receipt.

The following guidelines apply to all orders to ensure proper credit is given to the appropriate customer. Be advised you will need to meet the "Eligibility" requirements listed directly below prior to contacting NAR Customer Service.

Eligibility for return

Merchandise must be in new resalable condition, purchased within 30 days from invoice date and in its original unopened packaging.

Ineligible items for return

Items that are: sterile, opened, expired, purchase date exceeding 30 days from invoice, discontinued, special order, customized or the integrity compromised.

Restocking Fees

15% for returns requested within 30 days and 30% for any approved return falling outside of 30 days.

Customer service must be notified by calling #888-689-6277 or emailing info@narescue.com to receive a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. To expedite the process please have the original order number, purchase order number or invoice number available. Upon approval you will receive return directions via email along with your written return authorization documentation. This documentation must accompany all packages being returned.

Lifetime Commitment Guarantee

We are confident with the items we represent and warrant them free from defects in workmanship and materials for the life of the product. The items must be used for the intended purpose and cared for in accordance with recommended procedures. Should any product be found to be defective, please refer to the returns section of our General Conditions and Terms of Sales for direction on returning product. Once product is received at our facility and evaluated it will be either repaired or replaced at no charge to you!
