For additional lateral protection, hard side plates (sold separately) can be added via 2 integrated pouches.

C. Tactical Responder Vest MKII One of the largest NIJ 0101.06 Level IIIA front/back panel soft armor ballistic vests available, covering 187 sq. in. (W 11 in. x H 17 in.) and weighing less than 13 lb. Comprised of a unique, multi-hit capable, patent-pending assembly of ballistic materials that capture projectiles and disperse the energy over the entire surface of the panel. Built-in front and back hard armor plate pouches can accommodate various sizes of hard plate protection (Level III Front/Back armor plates available separately).
