Supraglottic Airways
A. King LTS-DTM Supraglottic Airway Kit Unique dual channel design allows positive pressure ventilation and the passage of a gastric tube into the esophagus & stomach. Anatomically shaped distal tip & cuff assist in the airway’s passage behind the larynx and into the normally collapsed esophagus. Second lumen is open at the distal tip of the tube providing a channel for the passage of a gastric tube (up to 18 French), for regurgitation and also provides a “vent” for gastric pressure & stomach decompression. Tapered ramp design provides additional ventilation outlet. Custom packaged for tactical medics including 18F Gastric Tube, sterile lubricant & 60cc syringe in a rugged, vacuum-sealed bag.
