By entering this giveaway (Giveaway), you agree to these terms. North American Rescue, LLC (NAR) is the sponsor of the Giveaway. Consent to receive marketing communications is optional, is not required to enter or win, and will not affect your chances of winning. If you separately consent to receive marketing e-mails, you may unsubscribe at any time using the instructions in those e-mails. All eligible entries will be considered equally.

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO WIN. Making a purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

• 1. Eligibility: To enter the Giveaway, you must be at least 21 years old and a legal resident of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia at the time of entry. Void where prohibited. Employees, officers, and directors of NAR, its parents, subsidiaries, and its affiliates, and any advertising, promotion, fulfillment, or other agencies involved in administering the Giveaway, and immediate family members or those living in the same household of such employees, officers, or directors, are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway. For purposes of these Terms, "immediate family members" means a spouse, parent, child, sibling, or the spouse of any such person, regardless of where the person resides.
• 2. Period: Entries will be accepted beginning on September 11, 2026, at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) and ending on September 15, 2026, at 11:59 PM ET (the "Period"). Only entries received by NAR during the Period will be considered. NAR's computer is the official timekeeping device for the Giveaway.
• 3. How to Enter: The Giveaway must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided on this site. The entry must be complete to be eligible to win. The only way to enter the Giveaway is via this online form. You may only enter once during the Period. Duplicate submissions will not be considered. Automated, scripted, robotic, macro, bulk, or other mechanically generated entries are prohibited. NAR may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or otherwise attempts to obtain entries through fraudulent or unfair means. As multiple people may have access to a single e-mail address, in the event of a dispute about the identity of the winner, the winning entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address at the time of entry (subject to compliance with these Terms and applicable law). "Authorized account holder" means the natural person assigned the e-mail address by the applicable internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the associated domain).

NAR will pay the cost of standard shipping via USPS to the winner's valid mailing address in the United States or APO/FPO/DPO. No cash or other prize substitution is permitted, except that NAR may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond NAR's reasonable control. The prize is nontransferable. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Any difference between a prize's stated ARV and its actual value when awarded will not be paid to the winner.
• 5. Odds of Winning: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
• 6. Winner Selection: On or about September 16, 2026, NAR will select 3 potential winner[s] by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Period. The drawing will be conducted in a manner designed to ensure a fair and impartial selection. The potential winners will be notified by e-mail only. It is your responsibility to ensure the information provided on the entry form, including your e-mail address, is complete and accurate. NAR has no liability for a potential winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for a potential winner's submission of an incorrect or otherwise non-functioning e-mail address. A potential winner must respond and return any requested eligibility declaration, liability and publicity release, and tax documentation within five calendar days after the notification is sent. A potential winner who cannot be contacted, does not respond or return the requested documents on time, is found ineligible, or does not comply with these Terms forfeits the prize. If a prize is forfeited, NAR may select an alternate potential winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries. A potential winner is not a winner until NAR verifies the person's eligibility and compliance with these Terms.
• 7. Publicity and Winner List: Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize authorizes NAR to use the winner's name, city and state of residence, likeness, voice, statements, and prize information for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes relating to the Giveaway in any media without additional compensation or approval. To request the winner's name, send an e-mail to legal@narescue.com with "Giveaway Winner List" in the subject line no later than October 31st, 2026. NAR may provide only the winner's first name, last initial, city, and state where appropriate to protect personal information.
• 8. Limitation of Liability: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU RELEASE, DISCHARGE, AND HOLD HARMLESS NAR , ITS PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, AND ADVERTISING, PROMOTION, FULFILLMENT, AND OTHER AGENCIES INVOLVED IN ADMINISTERING THE GIVEAWAY, AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS (COLLECTIVELY, THE "RELEASED PARTIES") FROM ANY LIABILITY, CLAIMS, LOSSES, OR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THIS GIVEAWAY OR THE ACCEPTANCE, USE, MISUSE, OR POSSESSION OF ANY PRIZE RECEIVED IN THE GIVEAWAY. THE RELEASED PARTIES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, LATE, INCOMPLETE, INVALID, UNINTELLIGIBLE, MISDIRECTED, OR UNDELIVERABLE ENTRIES OR COMMUNICATIONS; TECHNICAL, NETWORK, ELECTRONIC, COMPUTER, HARDWARE, SOFTWARE, OR TRANSMISSION FAILURES; UNAUTHORIZED HUMAN INTERVENTION; OR INACCURATE CAPTURE OF ENTRY INFORMATION. • 9. Privacy Policy: Information submitted with an entry will be collected, used, and disclosed for administering the Giveaway, verifying eligibility, awarding prizes, complying with legal obligations, and as otherwise described in NAR's Privacy Policy, available here. Marketing communications will be sent only when the entrant has separately consented or another lawful basis applies.
• 10. General
  • a. The receipt by a winner of the prize offered in this Sweepstakes is conditioned upon compliance with all applicable federal, and state laws and regulations. If you violate any of these Terms or attempt to circumvent the single-entry rule, all of your entries may be disqualified.
  • b. The winner must provide any tax information reasonably requested by NAR. NAR will report the prize to the appropriate taxing authorities and issue any required tax form when required by applicable law. All federal, state, and other tax liabilities arising from the Giveaway are the sole responsibility of the winner.
  • c. Promotion is sponsored by North American Rescue, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, with its principal place of business at 35 Tedwall Court, Greer, SC 29650.
  • d. We use reasonable efforts to ensure the entry form is available. However, there may be occasions when access is interrupted or unavailable. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NAR is not liable for losses arising solely from such interruption or unavailability. You are responsible for obtaining access to the entry form (for example, you must have access to an internet-capable device and the internet). You are responsible for all fees and costs necessary to access the entry form.
  • e. NAR reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend, modify, or terminate this Giveaway in the event of any act, occurrence, or circumstance beyond NAR's reasonable control that impairs or affects the integrity, administration, fairness, or proper operation of the Giveaway. If the Giveaway is terminated before the end of the Period, NAR may select the winner[s] by random drawing from the eligible, non-suspect entries received before the event giving rise to termination, if doing so is fair and practicable.
  • f. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between NAR and each entrant with respect to the Giveaway and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings concerning the Giveaway. Any modification to these Terms will be posted at the same location as these Terms and will not materially impair an entrant's rights after entry, except as permitted under Section 10.f.
  • g. Any failure or delay by NAR in exercising any right or remedy provided by or relating to this agreement does not constitute a waiver and does not prohibit NAR from exercising such right or remedy at a later time or from exercising any other right or remedy available.
  • h. The provisions of these terms and conditions are separate and independent covenants. Accordingly, the invalidity or unenforceability of one or more of these provisions or covenants will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
  • i. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NAR will not be liable for any loss arising out of any delay or failure in the performance of its obligations under these Terms that results from events beyond its reasonable control, including (a) acts of God; (b) acts or regulations of any governmental or national authority; (c) war, terrorism, or other civil unrest; (d) accident, fire, flood, or other natural event; (e) strikes, industrial disputes or other labor matters; or (f) shortages in labor or supplies.
  • j. Notices and other communications given under this agreement must be in writing and may be sent to NAR by e-mail to legal@narescue.com or by mail to North American Rescue, LLC, 35 Tedwall Court, Greer, SC 29650, Attention: Legal. NAR may contact an entrant using the e-mail address supplied with the entry.
  • k. This agreement will be governed by, construed under, and interpreted according to the laws of the State of South Carolina without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except to the extent the law of the entrant's state of residence applies and cannot lawfully be waived. Subject to any applicable nonwaivable consumer rights, any legal proceeding relating to the Giveaway must be brought individually, and not as part of a class or representative action, in a state or federal court located in Greenville County, South Carolina, and each entrant consents to the jurisdiction of those courts.
