The NAR-6 Aid Bag is a low-profile, mission-ready tactical medical bag designed to ensure critical life-saving supplies are always within reach. Built for combat medics, first responders, and operational professionals, this versatile medic bag delivers organized, rapid-access care in dynamic and high-threat environments.

Constructed from rugged 500D CORDURA® nylon, the NAR-6 Aid Bag is engineered for durability in austere conditions. Sand- and water-resistant, self-repairing zippers with silent 550 cord pulls enhance reliability and reduce noise during tactical operations. Its ergonomic, streamlined design minimizes bulk while maximizing storage efficiency.

The interior features six removable, hook-and-loop pouches in multiple sizes, allowing users to customize their loadout based on mission requirements. Four smaller pouches are optimized for hemorrhage control supplies such as tourniquets and hemostatic dressings, while two larger pouches accommodate airway management and IV/IO equipment. Each pouch can be labeled for rapid identification, supporting efficient casualty response under pressure.

Detachable internal MOLLE panels provide additional modularity and enable quick access to essential grab-and-go items. Integrated mesh compartments offer expanded storage for supplemental medical gear, while an external bottom pouch delivers immediate-access IFAK capabilities without opening the main compartment—ideal for rapid response scenarios.

Each pouch is purpose-built for specific life-threatening emergencies and can be quickly removed via hook-and-loop attachment, allowing medics to bring only the necessary equipment directly to the point of injury. This modular system enhances speed, organization, and adaptability in the field.

The slim, low-profile design can be secured with anti-pilferage seals to protect critical medical supplies. The bag can also be carried as a backpack, with stowable shoulder straps that deploy quickly when needed, providing flexibility across a range of mission sets.
