The Techline Trauma^® Wearable GSW Through Right Hand represents through-and-through gunshot to the right palm exposing fat, muscle, bone and tendons. This wearable wound bleeds from both entry and exit with tourniquet and pressure responsive blood flow.

The Techline Trauma^® Wearable GSW Through Right Hand Simulator from North American Rescue® Simulation and Techline Technologies, Inc., is a silicone prosthetic device enabling live action role players to simulate a real-world GSW hand injury. The soft, flexible, light toned skin wraps comfortably around the right hand and attaches with the sewn hook and loop connectors. This realistic injury features exposed tissue, fat, bone and muscle and includes an integrated bleeding system tube that allows role players or manikins to demonstrate active bleeding during scenarios. Enhancing realism creates a valuable training event that better prepares first responder trainees for real-world situations. Easily cleaned and reusable, this tool enables rapid preparation for training exercises and minimizes moulage requirements – while maximizing realism.
