The Water TOMManikin® - Basic includes a Abdominal evisceration that features intricate handcrafted attention to anatomical detail with visible tissue layers, and 10” of eviscerated bowel with peripheral ecchymosis surrounding large open wound. Massive bleeding with ‘clampable’ vessel. Also includes a Closed Arm Fracture, this injury features ecchymosis and palpable crepitus. **This wound is interchangeable with other TOMMs Partial leg amputation. This TOMManikin Features partial leg amputation below the knee. Massive soft tissue trauma with exposed hard bone, muscle and tissue layers. **This wound is interchangeable with other TOMMs Partial leg amputation.

ALL-IN-ONE, hyper-realistic trauma simulation solution enabling instructors to build multiple realistic traumatic casualty scenarios with reactive patients ideal for use in classroom settings, trauma lanes and field training scenarios. Specifically designed for the application of skills and education utilizing protocols from Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC)
